Materials:
- Transfer Magic.com photo transfer paper for color laser copier
or ink jet printer
- Transfer Magic.com round mouse pad (MP-1001)
- Markers or crayons
- White paper
- Iron or heat press
Instructions:
NOTE - Remember to MIRROR IMAGE (reverse) your photograph
and lettering so they are backward on the transfer! When you transfer
everything onto the mouse pad it will be correct.
- Lightly trace a circle slightly larger than the mouse pad onto
the white paper.
- Divide the circle into sections that look like slices of pizza.
Decorate each wedge with colorful lines and swirls.
- Add small stamped designs like stars, bugs and leaves.
- Make a TransferMagic.com Iron-On transfer using your scanner
and home computer or by taking the drawing to a copy center.
- Iron the transfer onto the mouse pad. This is a job for an adult
or to be done with adult supervision.
Ideas:
*Make the wedges look like a real pizza by drawing mushrooms, pepperoni
and cheese pieces or cut them out of newspaper ads and create a
pizza collage.
*Glue a photo to each wedge and have smiling faces all around the
design before making your iron-on transfer.
