Our order system uses full SSL encryption from the point where the credit card screen is desplayed through the confirmatin screen. You don't see the encryption icon in the status bar because the transaction pages are displayed inside a frame on a non-encrypted page.

The encrypted transaction pages displayed inside the frame are sent to the browser with full 128 bit (or whatever strength your browser supports) encryption. To verify this, just view the page properties of any of the transaction system screens starting with the credit card entry screen. Right mouse click on the page you want to check and select "properties" from the menu. (IE4)
